CUT-OFF DATE
The “cut-off date” for accepting reservations is Saturday, September 18, 2010. Reservations requests received after 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time at the Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.
SECURITY
Your organization acknowledges that Sheraton North Houston Hotel cannot be responsible for the safe keeping of equipment, supplies, written material or other valuable items left in the function rooms. Accordingly, your group acknowledges that it will be responsible to provide security of any such aforementioned items and hereby assumes the responsibility for loss thereof. Meeting room doors may be re-keyed at the client’s expense. This charge varies and will be quoted when exact needs are known.

We are pleased to confirm the guest room accommodations for Smiley High School Class of 1990’s Reunion with Majestic Ventures in October 2010! The arrangements that we have reserved are noted below:

The HOTEL is a non-smoking property. Evidence of smoking in the guest rooms will be subject to a $250.00 cleaning fee.

While every effort will be made to accommodate guests arriving earlier, rooms may not be immediately available.
RESERVATIONS:
We understand that your group will respond by Individual Call Ins on or before two weeks prior to the arrival date, September 18, 2010. After this date, rooms will be based on availability at the guest room rate applicable at that time. Any rooms not reserved by the cut-off date will be released back into our inventory.
The Reservations Department is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., at 281-334-1000 or 800-442-5005. Please ask for the Smiley Class of 1990 room block when calling. All reservations MUST be guaranteed with a form of payment. “No-Show” guest rooms will be billed for one night. All cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
BILLING
We understand that all guests will be paying for their own room, tax and incidentals. “No-Show” rooms will be billed for their first nights stay.
TRANSPORTATION
Please note that reservations for transportation from either Hobby or Bush Intercontinental Airport must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival and are based on availability. We contract with Clear Lake Shuttle Company that provides limited complimentary pick-up and delivery to Hobby Airport and is based on a specific schedule and availability. This service is for group business of the Hotel only. If your guests need transportation outside of the scheduled runs, they will be quoted the appropriate fee.
To make your arrangements, please call Clear Lake Shuttle directly at (281) 334-3873. Any charges for transportation must be handled by each individual. Please note: if for any reason a guest is missed at the airport on a schedule pick-up, neither the Hotel nor Clear Lake Shuttle Company is responsible for alternate transportation or reimbursement.
